Our approach is to work with a staff or volunteer team and use part of our 'Thinking Tools for Green Action' package to identify what staff or volunteers themselves have identified as areas for improvement. This increases staff or volunteer engagement in the process and helps to identify areas and proposals for improvement that may otherwise be missed.

These ideas can result in cost savings for the organisation as well as improving sustainability and staff motivation and even staff health!
